It’s no secret that Scandinavian cuisine is taking over the world of fine food, but now it’s taking to the skies as well.

Finnair has teamed with four of the country’s top restaurants to roll out brand new menus for Business Class passengers flying in and out of Helsinki between January 2015 and spring 2016.

Changing with the leaves every three months, these Signature Menus will highlight fresh, seasonal fare as interpreted by chefs Matti Jämsen, Ari Ruoho and Kari Aihinen in dishes like glazed pork cheek, Finnish pumpkin soup, northern pike eggs and salad of new potatoes.
